Gateway to Divine Mercy 2010
The fifth Gateway to Divine Mercy Conference held in Manchester (UK) which hundreds of brothers and sisters attended to hear words of wisdom from scholars including: Shaykh Abdal Hakim Murad (UK), Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi (Syria), Shaykh Muhammad Pirzada (Jamia Al-Karam, UK), Shaykh Nooruddeen Durkee (USA), Shaykh al-Ninowy (USA) and many more.

faqir: Benefit
As salaam wala Kum, Unfortunately I wasn't able to attend but I was just wondering with such a benefiticial line up of scholars and the the short they have is there any chance the event can go over two days instead of just the one?
I've attended 3 two of the last 5 and Masha Allaah the blessings are immense and just the haal of the shayukh and blessings gained from sitting amongst them is indescribable.
May Allaah: Almighty is he to preserve and protect our Shayukh, Ameen

aslamalaikum..this was an amazing event that i actually enjoyed. it was just so calm and peaceful..just so relaxing. i loved it. i have been to other events but alhamdullilah this had been the most beautifully performed and done. just absolute amazing..can't even find a word that's how amazing it was. i really liked all those speeches said and all the naats..but i especially admired hafiz kamal-ud-din's naat..masha-allah he was totally amazing. and his voice is just sooo beautiful that you can never stop listening to it alhamdullilah. i just loved everything and insha-allah i am definately going to try and come next year insha-allah (as it was my first time with gateway though). keep it up..may allah (s.w.t) bring gateway all the success and shower his blessing towards everyone taking part with them. insha-allah. allah hafiz. and i would especially like to thank gateway for a superb event, it really has changed me in a really good way alhamdullilah. so thank you soo much. jazakallah. good luck always.

Aslam-u-alaykum this was the first ever time i have been to an event like this it was amazing there was so much love an happiness in that place i would love to go again !!!

Masha'Allah, the event was awsome. So much noor all around hearts of those who attended were filled with noor. The orgnisation was amazing and credit goes to all those brothers and sisters who work very hard to make it an amzing event.
Shaykh Pirzada sahib and his young scholars of Al-Karam are doing a great deal of work for the Muslim community in the UK. May Allah bless them all and, by the will of Allah, grant them the support of the community to do even more. (Ameen)

Sakinah: Life changing
I'd been unable to attend the last 3 years, so subhanAllah this year just blew my mind. The Shayukh were so beautiful and the organisers did SUCH an amazing job- this is not one of those events where you're let down my Asian timing. Immaculate, mashAllah, fuelled by true love, may Allah continue to give these events success, Ameem. What's more my sister attended with me who had many misconceptions about ahlu sunna wa jumah, and she left content and filled with love, Allahu Akbar. We're indebted to you all.

Mohammed Naveed: The final piece to the jigsaw...Hazrat Faizul Aqtab Siddiqi
This event for me has been for 3 consecutive years...every year i walk away thinking it cannot get better but am always proven wrong...the Shayukhs were absolutely amazing...shaykh Hakim Murad used his words so eloquently and i felt he really did lift everyone (spiritually)...shaykh Mohammed Al yaqoobi as always was a true inspiration...i got to kiss the blessed hands and meet most of the top scholars...like i have put in my title and i expressed my greatfulness to invite my murshid for gateway to divine 2011 would be a dream come true... the hard work and dedication to make it a success with the will of Allah (swt) was achived

Hassan Ismail: Clarity.........
I really thought Abdul Hakim Murad's Speech and Shaikh Muhammad AL Yaqoubi's speeches were amazing. I especially felt benefit from them. It was a real shame about Shaikh Ninowy not having the time to give a complete speech, but it was Allah's will. I also got to meet Shaikh Noorudin Durkee afterwards, so AlhamduliLlah.
I especially loved the point about da'wah being connected to the spiritual state of the da'ee, and not simply being a matter of them providing information. Additionally I was surprised by the talks given in urdu. Many times I have found people from the subcontinent to be devoid of a special something, but masha-Allah, I really felt the sincerity from the 'Ulama. Sometimes our vision is clouded and we cannot see the gems that stand in front of us, and do not appreciate what we have. May Allah guide us to open our ears, and may He open our hearts to understand beneficial knowledge and to appreciate and honour our scholars.

Salaam, great event Mashallah. Just quick question as there was a naat that was recited with some verses of the Quran beautifully after lunch. Just wondering who was the person who sang the naat? Their beautiful voice is still ringing in my ears and would like to hear more. They came from Norway i think.

What an honor it was to perform at 'The Gateway To Divine Mercy Event' before the one and only Hazrat M.I.H Pirzada Sahb. I really felt like I was back in Jamia Al Karam school! May Allah bless all the Ulamaas, Teachers and not to forget all the students at Jamia Al Karam!!!
